The ideal sauce for the Chinese cuisine!

Ingredients Procedure
  • 120 gram pork
  • 1/2 cup sliced bamboo shoots
  • 80 gram cabbage
  • 1/4 cup green pepper
  • 1 T. red hot pepper
  • 2 T. sliced green garlic
  • 2 T. oil
  • 1 bag Hui-Kuo sauce
  • Boil the whole piece of pork, until done, remove.
  • Cool the pork, cut into thin slices.
  • Cut the cabbage into 2 cm pieces.
  • Stir-fry the pork in 2T. oil, then add cabbage.
  • Stir-fry for another minute.
  • Add green pepper, red pepper and Hui-Kuo sauce. mix thoroughly.
  • Sprinkle with garlic. Serve.
