The ideal sauce for the Chinese cuisine!

Serving 2-3 persons

Ingredients Procedure
  • 150 gram chicken meat
  • 4 pcs dried red pepper
  • 1/2 T. cornstarch
  • 2 pcs spring onions
  • 1/2 T. soy sauce
  • 2 T. peanuts
  • 2 T. oil
  • 1 bag Gon-Bao sauce
  • Cut the chicken into cubes, marinate with cornstarch and soy sauce. Let stand at least 10 minutes
  • Cut scallion and pepper into 4 cm pieces.
  • Stir-fry peanuts until golden brown and put them aside.
  • Heat 2 T. oil, stir-fry pepper until dark in color.
  • Then add chicken and stir-fry until caramelized.
  • Add the Gon-Bao sauce and the spring onions, stir-fry and mix thoroughly for 3 minutes.
  • Remove to plate and sprinkle peanuts over the dish.
